* The Process for sample making will take 10 – 14 days after we receive your concept and design request.

* Production process will take 6 weeks after we receive the final approval (for custom design).

* Production process will take 4 weeks after we receive the final approval (for template design).

* We suggest booking at least 2 months before the event’s deadline by looking at our capability.

* If the event’s deadline takes less than 1 month, kindly contact us and we will provide our best for your event /

If the event’s deadline takes less than 1 month, we will first communicate with our production team

and there is an additional charge for rush fees.

1. Surabaya area D-1 from the event’s deadline that has been informed by the customer.

2. Area outside Surabaya D-2 from the event's deadline that has been informed by the customer.

(NB: length of trip adjusts to the expedition)

* Qty min 30 for template design.

* Qty min 60 for new design.

(NB: Qty under 30 or retail order, please contact us )

* We suggest a full set hampers for the best final result.

* Confirmation fixed.

* Deadline check process with our production team, it will take 24 hours.

* Before we proceed the production, client needs to process the down payment 50% from their total invoice.

* Final payment need to be done 1 week before delivery deadline.
